This Pulled Pork Stew dish is well worth the wait. It’s low and slow, just like we smoke our SADLER’S SMOKEHOUSE® Pit Smoked & Seasoned Pulled Pork. Perfection takes time, after all… try this dish today and find out for yourself!
• 2 pounds SADLER'S SMOKEHOUSE® Pulled Pork
• 8 medium red potatoes, diced ½ inch
• ½ cup carrots, diced ½ inch
• ½ cup celery, sliced ½ inch
• 1 can (14 ½ ounces) diced tomatoes
• 1 medium white onion, finely chopped
• 1 can (14 ½ ounces) vegetable broth
• 1 tablespoon fresh garlic, minced
• 3 cups cooked rice
1. In a stock pot over medium heat, combine all ingredients except pork. Cover and bring to a boil.
2. Reduce heat and simmer for 1 to 1 ½ hours until red potatoes and carrots are tender.
3. Add pulled pork and continue simmering for 20 minutes.
4. Serve stew over hot rice.
