INGREDIENTS

• 2 cups SADLER'S SMOKEHOUSE® Beef Brisket, diced ½ inch or sliced

• 1 (12 inch) pre-baked pizza crust

• 1 cup BBQ sauce

• 1 cup sliced pepperoncini peppers

• 1 cup red onion, sliced ¼ inch

• 1/3 cup fresh cilantro, chopped

• 2 cups Colby-Monterey Jack cheese, shredded

DIRECTIONS

  • 1. Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees F.

    2. Place pizza crust on medium baking sheet and spread the crust with BBQ sauce.

    3. Top with brisket, pepperoncini peppers, onion, and cheese.

    4. Bake in the pre-heated oven for 15 minutes.

    5. Top with cilantro.
