5 Cups Sadler’s Smokehouse Smoked Turkey
–Diced, Sliced or Cubed (Approximately 2
packages or 4 lbs)
3 Tablespoon Olive Oil
2 medium chopped onion
2 cloves of garlic diced
3 cans chopped green chilies
6 tablespoons flour
2 cans low salt low fat chicken broth
4 teaspoons cumin
4 cans Northern or Navy Beans
Shredded Cheese
Sour Cream
Fresh Diced Cilantro
Servings: 10-12
Prep Time: 10 minutes; Total Time: 20 minutes
In a stock pot over medium heat, combine all ingredients, except Turkey Breast. Cover and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer for 1 to 1 ½ hours until red potatoes and carrots are tender. Add Turkey Breast and continue simmering for 20 minutes. Serve stew over hot rice.
