INGREDIENTS

• 5 cups diced SADLER'S SMOKEHOUSE® Turkey Breast
• 1 cup diced celery
• 2 cups diced fresh onions
• 2 cups dried tart cherries, chopped
• 2 cups apples
• 1 cup fresh basil, minced
• 2 cups light mayonnaise
• 1 teaspoon salt
• 1 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
• 3 tablespoons fresh juice – pomegranate, orange, or lime

DIRECTIONS

  • 1. Place all ingredients in mixing bowl, and stir gently until well combined.

    2. Refrigerate until ready to place on mixed greens or to prepare sandwiches.
