SMOKEY

TURKEY SALAD

5 cups diced Smoked Sadler’s Turkey Breast

1 cup diced celery

2 cups diced fresh onions

2 cups dried tart cherries, chopped

2 cups apples

1 cup fresh basil, minced

2 cups light mayonnaise

1 teaspoon salt

1 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper

3 tablespoons fresh juice – pomegranate,

   orange, or lime

 

Servings: 12

Prep Time: 10 minutes; Total Time: 15 minutes

Place all ingredients in mixing bowl, and stir gently until well combined. Refrigerate until ready to place on mixed greens or to prepare sandwiches.
